I am a health care provider. How do I register for a vaccine clinic?

Health care and behavioral health providers who are interested in getting the vaccine can submit this Form.

I just got my flu shot, how long should I wait to get the COVID-19 vaccine?

Given the lack of data on COVID-19 vaccines administered simultaneously with other vaccines, the vaccine series should routinely be administered alone, with a minimum interval of 14 days before or after administration with any other vaccine.

I am taking antibiotics, am I able to get the COVID-19 vaccine?

There is no evidence that acute illness reduces vaccine efficacy or increases vaccine adverse events. However, as a precaution with moderate or severe acute illness, all vaccines should be delayed until the illness has improved. Mild illnesses (e.g., upper respiratory infections, diarrhea) are NOT contraindications to vaccination. Do not withhold vaccination if a person is taking antibiotics.

How do I know which vaccine is being used when I register?

Vaccines offered at a clinic depend on the type and amount of vaccine received from the Maryland Department of Health and is subject to change. Upon registering, when you get to the vaccine consent page, the type of vaccine that is going to be offered during that clinic will be listed. There will also be an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) fact sheet that you can read to learn about the vaccine and answer any questions you may have.
